Privacy notice

When you request the newsletter, we collect your email address, consent timestamp, policy version, acquisition source, confirmation status, and limited delivery events needed to operate the subscription.

We do not place subscriber identities, confirmation tokens, or consent evidence in the editorial CMS.

We use subscription data to send confirmation messages, deliver the publication, process unsubscribes, suppress future delivery after complaints or hard bounces, and maintain consent evidence.

Vercel hosts the website, n8n coordinates the confirmation workflow, Supabase stores consent records, and the configured email provider delivers messages. We do not sell subscriber data or share it with sponsors.

Unconfirmed requests expire automatically. Confirmed subscription records are retained while the subscription is active. A minimal suppression record may be retained after unsubscribe to prevent unwanted future delivery.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact privacy [at] sterileprocessingbrief.com. Requests are verified before identity-linked data is disclosed or changed.
